Driver Responsibilities:
- Receiving communications from company dispatcher.
- Driving to the scene of a vehicle breakdown, accident or other location
- Interacting with the customer to find out the nature of the problem.
- Performing roadside vehicle diagnostics.
- Performing minor repairs.
- Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires and reconnecting vehicle parts.
- Suggesting a course of action.
- Connecting the damaged vehicle to the truck with a chain, winch or steering block.
- Towing the vehicle to an authorized service station or junkyard.
- Reporting to base and completing paperwork.
Driver Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
- Must be able to have flexible work schedule days/nights/weekends.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in towing industry or similar.
- Preferred 1 year of experience driving wrecker/wheel lift or Rollback/flatbed trucks.
- We will train the right candidate if needed.
- Familiarity with standard towing equipment such as jacks, dollies, skates, winches, chains & straps.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems.
- Experience with basic automotive maintenance and repairs such as charging batteries, changing tires, etc.
- Experience towing trailers and/or vehicles is a plus.
- Valid clean driver’s license and record.
- Ability to get on military base.
- Good communication skills.
- Class B License is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct in-person visits and followups with potential clients to assess their towing and hauling needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and close sales to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service for clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights to management.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in the automotive, towing, or trucking industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality – enjoys meeting new people and developing connections.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude along with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to meet clients.
- Ability to gain entry to military base.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs.
